FEES & PAYMENTS

  • Our fees are performance-based, typically a percentage of the rental income. This ensures our goals are aligned with yours – the more you earn, the more we succeed together.

  • There are no upfront costs to get started. Our fees are performance-based, meaning we only earn when your property generates income. However, if your property isn’t fully furnished or equipped, there may be an initial investment needed to bring it up to guest-ready standards.

    We provide 24/7 support to guests and handle any emergencies, such as lockouts or maintenance issues, ensuring a swift resolution without involving you.

  • We focus on creating a memorable guest experience by providing clear communication, local recommendations, hotel-quality amenities, and 24/7 support. Happy guests lead to great reviews and repeat bookings. Therefore, earning you more income!
